The purpose of this role is to assist in the implementation and delivery of digital audience targeted programmatic media campaigns as well as deliver administration support to sales managers.

**Job Description**:
**What You'll Do**:
This is your opportunity to join us as the Customer Success Manager within one of our media subsidiaries businesses you will work on a multitude of projects
- The salary rage for this role is between $80,000 - $90,000 inclusive of superannuation._
- Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts generating $10m a year
- Relay customer feedback to the product team, ensuring we're developing the best technology to suit our customers' needs
- Craft persuasive sales propositions using internal and external data
- Bring our brand new multivariate testing tool to market
- Keep our clients abreast of emerging trends in programmatic advertising
- Supervise and train other team members in programmatic and customer relationship skills

**Qualifications**:

- Strong experience in the digital publisher ecosystem and a broad understanding of the online advertising environment.
- A perfect blend of commercial acumen and customer relationship obsession.
- Known for being target-driven and consistently achieving sales goals.
- Comfortable communicating with diverse roles and levels within an organization.
