About the role

As the Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will support the continuous evolution of our People & Culture (P&C) function through consultation and active participation in P&C process and system focused discussions.

Supported by the Continuous Improvement Lead, your efforts will support the identification and implementation of process and system improvements enabling our teams to operate at their full potential.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Engage with teams and users across P&C as well as monitoring queries, escalations, and other data sources to identify process improvement opportunities with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and automation
- Elicit detail and document business requirements for system enhancements ensuring there is a clear link to business value
- Be a proactive member of the Platform Delivery team during the build, testing and implementation of system enhancements
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with P&C, ERP Support, Process Owners, and a wide range of stakeholders to collaborate across a wide range of initiatives
- Support change management processes, including the effective communication of organisational changes and ensuring both successful understanding and uptake of solutions

- Business analysis and requirements definition skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders both within and outside the organisation
- Being capable of comprehending, interpreting, and documenting new and evolving business processes, including those that are complex or fast-changing
- The ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with the ability to effectively prioritise
- A Continuous Improvement Mindset, someone who can demonstrate ingenuity in constantly seeking ways to improve and achieve better results for the business
