**Quality Improvement Coordinator, Specialist Locomotive Company, Melbourne Based.**

**Quality Improvement Coordinator** who will be working with locomotives.

As the
**Quality Improvement Coordinator** your role is to ensure compliance to systems processes by undertaking audits and inspections.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Ensure compliance to system processes
- Promote and maintain management systems in accordance with statutory requirements
- Assist the site with identification and recording of non-conformances
- Identification and implementation of corrective or preventative actions
- Identification and facilitation of improvement initiatives
- Undertaking internal and external audits
- Leading incident investigations

**Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary Qualifications (Safety, Engineering Health Science or Environment all acceptable)
- Experience in a similar role (Auditor, Safety Inspector, Quality Coordinator, Quality officer, Quality Assurance Specialist)
- Background in Heavy Industry Environment
- Audit qualification desirable
