**About the role**

The Service Account Specialist is responsible for providing support across internal client portfolios. This ensures the effective delivery of the System Groups (ICT) service offerings to agreed levels of performance.

This role requires you to build and maintain effective relationships with portfolio customer stakeholders, acting as point of liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of System Groups solutions according to customer needs.

**About You**

You are a strong service specialist who has experience working across a large portfolio of clients. You are a strong relationship builder and are a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to oversee the delivery of IT solutions.

You keep abreast of industry trends and technologies. You successfully facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to develop effective business relationships and implement Systems Group service offerings. You contribute with negotiating service requirements and monitor service delivery against SLAs ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement. You champion best practice across IT service offerings and ensure the protection and correct use of assets.

You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. With your customer-centric approach, you work together with stakeholders to ensure the best delivery across TAFE’s systems delivery.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description

**HIGHLY REGARDED**
- Understanding of and/or exposure to ICT Service Management principles and practices
- Experience in facilitating workshops, gap analysis and process improvements.
