**About the role**

A Team Leader opportunity has become available in the SafeWork and Systems Team, Building, Business and Workplace Safety within Licensing and Funds, part of the Better Regulation Division.

Primary purpose of this role is to lead and supervise the operational activities to ensure the effective support of planning, reporting, business systems and processes, including third party providers.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Supervise, monitor, and organise daily team activities to ensure the delivery of licensing services
- Identify licensing issues, including suspected corrupt conduct, and make recommendations regarding risk mitigation and emerging trends
- Identify opportunities for service improvement
- Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships
- Contribute to the development of specific business requirements and testing
- Provide high level analysis and reporting to inform business initiatives, resource requirements, business intelligence and effective decision making

- Pride yourself on your accuracy and attention to detail
- Time management, prioritise demands and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Support a team, and work collaboratively, delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Have the ability to adapt and be fluid with work style

- Knowledge of GLS and Amanda will be an advantage
