About the Company

A new opportunity has become available for a Marketing & Bid Coordinator to join a growing business specialising in client-side project and development management. Key Responsibilities:

Content and Bid Management:

  • Develop compelling content for bids, proposals, presentations, and submissions.
  • Prepare fee proposals, submissions, and tenders.
  • Plan and manage internal and external publications to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and maintain templates and drafts for fee proposals.
  • Maintain and update corporate CVs, project profiles, photos, and capability statements.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire bid process, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
  • Implement a comprehensive bid tracking system to monitor and manage all bid submissions.
  • Collaborate with the business development team, project managers, and key stakeholders to gather and organise bid-related information and documentation.

Brand and Marketing Support:

  • Support the company's unique value proposition and capabilities to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the company's website and SharePoint.
  • Post engaging content on social media to promote the company's activities and achievements.
  • Support the company's participation in industry events such as PCA, UDIA, WIBAS, AIPM, etc.

Office & Administrative Support:

  • Plan and execute engaging staff events to foster a positive office culture.
  • Assist in organising the company's social calendar and key events, including family days, inaugural events, and Christmas celebrations.
  • Assist with general office administration including liaising with internal and external stakeholders including clients, consultants, head contractors and suppliers.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of staff and business policies.


About You

  • Proven marketing & bid coordination experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or engineering focused environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
