As the **Retail Showroom Consultant**, you will be working closely with Allied Health professionals and clients and will need to provide them with the best recommendations for their needs and demonstrate the excellent quality of products on hand. As the face of the company, you will need the ability to communicate effectively as you will be meeting clients both in the retail showrooms and occasionally in their homes. As you will be part of the full process of the customer journey, from the initial quote to the final delivery, you will need to be an expert in ensuring a positive and successful experience in every part of the process.

**What you'll need to bring**:

- The ability to create and grow professional relationships with our partners and clients
- A high level of empathy and understand to every clients specific needs
- An expert at managing the entire sales process from identifying opportunities to successful product delivery
- Efficient in data management - ability to keep detailed records of your sales and any inquiries in the provided
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of company's products and services, as well as competitors. Observing the trend in the market
- Process and procedure driven
- Maintenance and pride in the showroom, ensuring products and vehicles are in pristine condition
- Strong focus on workplace health and safety practices, ensuring a secure environment for everyone
- Professional in presentation, empathy, and courtesy, active listening and adapting to meet the diverse needs of all the customers
- Easily grasp a wide range of products, even complex equipment, and effectively convey their benefits to clients in simple terms
- Exhibit motivation, creativity, and adept problem-solving abilities, always seeking out new opportunities for growth and success
- Showcase above-average administration and organizational skills, efficiently managing time and adhering to deadlines with meticulous attention to detail

**What you'll need**:

- Possession of a Full QLD Driver's License
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or the ability to meet the requirements to work for an NDIS Provider or other care provider requirements, as needed
- Completion of all government-recommended vaccinations and immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccination
- Valid permanent working rights in Australia

**Experience**:

- Previous hands-on experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating your ability to build strong relationships in retail sales or customer service settings
- Previous experience in the mobility and home care equipment industry, or related fields, will be highly valued.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology, including web-based and mobile systems for sales, job management, and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) would be advantageous.
