**Who are we looking for?**:
This is a truly exciting time to be joining our Community Aged Care team, as we are experiencing significant service growth We are looking for a rostering champion who thrives working in a bustling team environment, but can also power on solo. You will get a kick from juggling tasks and working to ever competing deadlines. You will provide efficient service delivery by rostering direct care services in a way that is timely and responsive to the needs of our customers.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with team members and customers to schedule services that meet customer needs and preferences
- Create, edit and maintain rosters for a team of direct care staff in accordance with individual contracts and Enterprise Agreement requirements.
- Communicate effectively with Customers, Care staff, Coordinators and Nurses regarding changes to services
- Coordinate cover for all shift vacancies due to planned or unplanned leave
- Manage and maintain rostering systems to improve Customer service and deliver best practice care and services
- Timesheet management
**What do you need to bring?**:
- Previous experience in rostering essential, preferably within the aged care/community services sector
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
- Confident navigating rostering systems and software. Experience using CommCare will be an advantage
- Demonstrated ability effectively communicate with and relate to a diverse range of people
