**About the Role**
Australian Green Clean is in search of an HR Administrator to join our team. If you have experience in recruitment and onboarding, and can provide ongoing HR support to the operations team, then this opportunity is perfect for you
The position is vacant as a current HR Administrator is moving overseas.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Determine staffing requirements and recruitment of field staff; place job advertisements, screen resumes, complete phone and face to face interviews and reference checks
- Oversee the onboarding of all employees, supporting the employees throughout their employment
- Manage the ongoing compliance of our employees via our online compliance software; licenses, tickets, certificates, qualifications, visas and training modules
- Support Managers and Site Supervisors to complete performance reviews of their team
- Ensure all shifts are filled within the time & attendance platform
- Support the operations team to source suitable replacement staff for annual leave coverage or to fill last minute shifts
- Assisting Account Managers with changing the live roster in accordance with the filled vacancies
- Prepare/ complete HR documentation such as position descriptions, employee management meetings and update company procedures
- Prepare the HR components of the quarterly employee newsletter and Employee of The Month
- Transitioning employees contract types in accordance with the modern award and current legislation
- Providing monthly reports on recruitment
- Conducting employee attendance audits

**What do we require from you?**
- Proven experience in a fast paced administrative / operations role
- Preferable HR qualifications or relatable industry experience
- Proficient with computer & technology skills
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite/apps; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, ‘Monday’, Canva
- Current drivers license & own vehicle would be preferable
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- High level of attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn new things
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- High level of initiative & problem-solving skills
- Minimum typing speed of 55wpm

- Able to undertake flexible hours of work including answer urgent after-hours phone calls on the company supplied mobile phone
