**About Our Client**:
Dedicated to supplying specialised components and systems to Australia's oil, gas, and chemical distribution sectors, their products enable the safe and efficient transfer of liquids and fluids, including diesel, bio diesel, petrol, ethanol, solvents, and other various chemicals.
As the Administration and Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in daily operations.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate staff member
- Receive and inspect goods according to PO specifications, entering receipts into accounts, and processing delivery dockets and invoices for payment
- Coordinate with Project Engineers to ensure timely placement of purchase orders
- Monitor and expedite deliveries from domestic and international suppliers, ensuring project schedules are met in a timely manner
- Issue and prepare weekly supplier invoices for payment
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Manage physical files and office materials, ensuring efficient organisation and storage
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Live local to the Castle Hill area
- Have full Australian working rights (PR or Australian citizenship)
- Have experience in a similar role - administration, accounting/bookkeeper and project management
- Showcase a technical background, experience and/or training
- Possess a customer-first mindset and prioritises excellent customer service
- Be a team player who is flexible and adaptable
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and organisation are crucial
