**About the Job**
Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, you will be required to undertake multiple administrative tasks that are key to the day to day operations of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Scheduling appointments, business travel, accommodation, as and when requested.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operation of the office.
- **Overseeing onboarding process for new employees and ensuring all databases are up to date for all current employees.**:
- **Data entry of time sheets**:
- Maintaining stock and equipment records
- Prepare reports/presentations for consideration and presentation by executives, BDMs, and boards of directors.

- Be reliable
- Have a positive and proactive attitude.
- Be able to multi task and juggle a few balls in the air
- Demonstrated experience (Facilities Services industry experience is preferable but not essential) as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role within a services company.
- Have good computer skills
- Have the ability to start immediately
**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum secondary school completion and/or relevant experience.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years’ experience in similar role.
- Demonstrated experience with business systems including use of appropriate software, data bases and portals, including hands on experience in Microsoft Office and Xero.
- Excellent administrative, time management and interpersonal (i.e. effective communication - both written & verbal) skills.
- Keen attention to detail paired with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Strong Data Entry skills with high level of accuracy

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $44,452.91 - $68,774.52 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
