**Executive Assistant to the CEO**

**The Role**
You will be responsible for traditional EA duties, however this role also requires a lot of coordination and management of key projects which may include
- Marketing support, office moves and fit-outs, strategic items with other senior leaders, social media and marketing support, strategic projects across the business with a range of stakeholders. This role may require travel interstate on occasion to oversee projects across our national offices.
Personal tasks will also be required from time to time that could in some circumstances require travel to the Gold Coast. To be successful in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, exceptionally well organised, demonstrate exceptional time management, and be able to work with mínimal direction.
Total discretion is a must, with a high level of confidential and sensitive information handled on a daily basis. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing reliable and timely support to the CEO and the senior leadership team, completing tasks autonomously and helping your colleagues.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Exceptional organisational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong writing and editing skills with high-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent and confident verbal and written communication skills as you will regularly work with FSA team members and clients.
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and troubleshoot a variety of situations
- High level initiative, diplomacy, and confidentiality skills
**Skills and experience**:
- Flexible and proactive approach to work (hours will be varied as we operate across all Australian time zones)
- High level of integrity, confidence, and professionalism when communicating with stakeholders
- The ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders on all levels internal to the business
- Friendly and professional manner
- Organised with a track record of delivering complex projects
- Be adaptable and able to work with mínimal direction
**Accountabilities for this role include**:
- Support the CEO by providing executive and administrative support both professionally and personally
- Work with the CEO and senior leadership team to complete projects
- Draft and edit internal and external correspondence and communications
- Managing the CEO’s diary including scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings and organising supporting documents
- Coordinating effective meetings by organising and collating meeting agendas, providing action item recording and distribution and coordinating follow up actions
- Implement and maintain effective administrative systems and processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and deliver services
- Complete marketing tasks (basic website updates, linkedIN articles etc)
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Compile monthly internal company newsletter
- Ad hoc event organisation for personal and business reasons
- This role includes completing administrative requirements for both professional and personal related tasks
- You may on some occasions be required to assist after hours or travel interstate on occasion to key locations (e.g. office moves, key projects being completed etc.) and some travel on occasion to the Gold Coast for personal matters.
