**Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Bid Manager, you will play a vital role in our business development efforts. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality bids to secure new contracts and projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead and coordinate bid activities from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, legal, and sales, to develop comprehensive and competitive bids.
- Conduct bid opportunity assessments, analyze requirements, and identify key risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and review bid documents, including technical proposals, commercial terms, and pricing strategies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and subcontractors to leverage their expertise and support bid activities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify market trends and drive continuous improvement in bid strategies.
- Participate in bid presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with clients to maximize success rates.
- Monitor and report on bid performance, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.

**Profile**

**Key Experience and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you will have;
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Bid Manager or in a similar role within the energy industry, preferably in renewables or power generation.
- In-depth knowledge of bid management processes, including bid strategy development, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex bid requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

**Job Offer**

**What's on offer**

On offer is a competitive base salary of $110,000 + 10.5% superannuation + bonus. You will qualify for reimbursements if any travel is required. In addition, you will have to opportunity to travel domestically, as well as the potential for possible international travel.
