Their role is to implement legislation, key decision making, employment and management of all staff, professional development, strategic planning, financial management, facility management, enrolments, and the kindergarten curriculum in consultation with their educators.

CKP’s main office is located in Frankston and service over 20 kindergartens across the City of Frankston and Mornington Peninsula Shire.

**The role: Executive Assistant**
As Executive Assistant you will be the go-to you will play a pivotal role in efficiently organising the working day of the CEO. You will provide high-level confidential support to the CEO and the wider team assisting them and navigating them through all areas of the business. You will be proactive in identifying opportunities to keep the day running smoothly for the CEO & be the first point of contact for the CEO for all day-to-day administrative support.

**Day to day**
- Manage the CEO's diary - scheduling appointments and meetings
- Manage CEO meetings - agendas, minutes and following up on action items
- Create board packs - read and interpret reports and present in a clear and readable manner
- Assist the CEO with ad-hoc duties as required
- Manage travel arrangements when required
- General office management

**Skills & Qualities**
- Previous successful experience in a dynamic and fast past Executive Assistant position
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines calmly
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Communicating confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
