Great opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as a **Receptionist **based mainly at our **Dandenong **clinic in a **Part-time** capacity.
- **8-month Fixed Term Contract with potential for extension**:

- **Availability to work 3 - 4 days a week**:

- **On-site parking for all staff and great lunch spots nearby, including the Dandenong Market**

This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background. We are happy to have a discussion around hours and rostering to work around your lifestyle and responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with your Office Supervisor and Site Chief to ensure the smooth day to day running of the clinic.
- Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.
- Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required.
- Enter and update patient registration details.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times.

**You Will Have**
- Strong customer service and patient focus skills
- Eagerness to learn a new industry with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks at any one time.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services is highly desirable
