We're thrilled to offer you the chance to make a difference in healthcare. As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of our patient experience, creating a warm and welcoming environment. 

We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across our Dandenong, Mulgrave, Cranbourne, Berwick, Pakenham and Casey clinics. This role is a full time, permanent position working rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, between 6.30am and 9:30pm

What will you be doing? 

Medical Receptionist Duties: 

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.  Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.  Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.  Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.  Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).  Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.  Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.  Prior experience in medical reception or call centre roles is advantageous.  Empathy and patience when dealing with patients over the phone.  Strong organizational skills to manage both reception and call centre responsibilities.  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
