**Description**:
Mainsheet is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Customer Service. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to contribute to our continued success and support the growth of the business.

As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing exceptional service
- Processing sales orders and managing customer accounts
- Providing product information and guidance to customers
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the customer service department

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in using office software and computer systems
- Aptitude for delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands
- Understanding of agricultural or rural merchandise is advantageous

Pay: $45,710.91 - $82,462.62 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
