**Program Planning**: You'll have dedicated programming hours, totaling 6 hours each week, to focus on creating engaging and enriching activities for the children.
**Work-Life Balance**: We respect your time and value your well-being. You won't be required to complete work outside of your regular working hours.
**Paid Staff Meetings**: Your contributions matter, and we show our appreciation by offering paid staff meetings to ensure your voice is heard and your time is compensated.

**What Goodstart can offer you**:
You’ll get paid on par with state primary school Teachers (*if you hold your Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent) $37.02 + $59.00 per hour + super

**You’ll need**:
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Qld Working with Children Check
