We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Oxley. In this casual role, you will create engaging learning environments, develop age-appropriate curricula, assess progress, and build strong family relationships.

About the Role

As an educator at Busy Bees at Oxley, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children from birth to school age. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Requirements
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent)
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children
  • Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups
  • Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents and colleagues
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $40,000 per year, based on 20 hours of work per week.
