Job Description

We seek an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Busy Bees Oxley. As an Educator, you will create engaging learning environments, develop age-appropriate curricula, assess progress, and build strong relationships with families.

In this role, you will ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards, supporting children's holistic development and lifelong learning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check
  • A First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
Essential Skills
  • Ability to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
  • Understanding of children's developmental milestones and needs
  • Capacity to design and implement developmentally appropriate programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Adaptability in an early childhood setting
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with the national early learning framework
  • Understanding of industry standards and assessment processes
  • Respect and understanding of diverse cultures and individual children's needs
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software
  • Previous experience as an Educator or similar
Estimated Salary

$45-$65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
