Permanent Educator Opportunity for Child Development Professionals

Role OverviewThis permanent part-time opportunity offers 10 hours per week, with guaranteed minimum, and the potential for extra hours during school holidays. As a Permanent Educator, you will work across split shifts to support our operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 8:50am (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate engaging child-centered programs full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft.
- Foster healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents.
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled Educators onsite.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with kids, possess strong communication skills, and have a desire to become a service leader. Essential qualifications include a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA, and Australian work rights. A national police check and state check for working with children are also required.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $32-$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a genuine hourly rate and not an annual salary range.
