**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Cat Rental - Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading and empowering a diverse team across Victoria and Tasmania. Ideally you will be based in our **Laverton** site, with regular time spent in our three other branches being Dandenong, Geelong and Hobart.

You will inspire, coach, and develop our growing team to achieve optimal performance for both our customers and business alike.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Leadership of all branch employees, creating a positive culture focused on being a successful business in all aspects
- Ensuring customer service excellence standards are continually met
- Financial accountability of the branch including budgets
- Achieving the required sales revenue, growth targets and utilisation measures
- Being a hands-on leader in driving a safety-first culture, including a major focus on contamination control & continual improvement

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a true people leader with prior experience in Operations/Branch Management, preferably in the rental industry, and have a passion for exceeding targets, continuous improvement and excelling in customer service.

Your proven ability to communicate and interact at all levels, along with your sound commercial acumen will help drive growth and performance, ensuring we are exceeding our customer’s needs.
- Ability to develop long term internal and external customer relationships
- Solid project, people, administration, and commercial management skills
- Ability to anticipate and identify problems, and develop a plan to implement solutions
- Strong mechanical understanding and comprehension
- A genuine commitment to health, safety, and environment practices
- Willingness to travel regularly to spend time with your team and customers
