The REDSPICE Program, as a part of ASD, are entering into an exciting period of growth, innovation, and transformation. They are currently seeking multiple energetic, highly organised, and task-oriented Program Schedulers to undertake a broad range of work in their corporate, project delivery and business areas in support of our client’s mission.

As a corporate or project delivery professional within the REDPSICE program, you will play a crucial part in supporting the internal infrastructure of one of the largest organisations within the National Intelligence Community. Within the division, your part will be accountable to perform and achieve complex procedural, operational, administrative, and business support within an integrated workforce.

**Deliverables**:

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise initiatives and their dependencies and allocate resources based on the highest impact and most urgent need.
- Manage time, cost, and quality of program outputs to ensure efficient use of public funds in line with the commitments made to government.
- Adapt existing frameworks and standards to facilitate efficient directive delivery and reduce time spent on unnecessary tasks and deliverables.
- Build and sustain relationships with Branch partners to improve communications and the rapid resolution of issues and conflicts between outcomes.
- Plan the workforce required, assist in the recruiting process were applicable and ensure the right resources are available at the right time in the right locations.
