The Role:


The Program of Works Scheduler coordinates the internal and external resources (people and assets) that are utilised in the outdoor environment along Melbourne's waterways and catchments to deliver operational programs that include maintenance and upgrades.


This role has a significant customer focus and requires daily liaison with a variety of external parties including service providers and contractors, and the Melbourne Water internal Waterways & Land Delivery Works Execution teams.


Underpinning all of the scheduling and programming expertise, the incumbent will manage the program of works to ensure the optimum safety for all personnel working on site and will oversee the safe transportation and use of assets.


Your experience and expertise in scheduling programs of work has enabled you to identify methodologies to minimise program and safety risks and ensure efficiencies are achieved.

The starting salary for this role is the Melbourne Water Grade 16 which is $110, % Superannuation + Wellbeing Allowance.
