**About the Opportunity**
Joining the organisation as the Human Resources Business Partner, this greenfield opportunity will see you building the People function from the ground-up. As you service the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and support across all aspects of the people function, you will work closely with the General Managers of the organisation to develop the strategic direction and design the strategic framework of the HR function. Your scope of duties will include:

- Implement and operationalise the Organisational Design framework throughout the organisation.
- Design, implement and continuously review Human Resources policies and procedures which address key stakeholder challenges, create consistency across the business structure and ensure legislative compliance.
- Partner with leaders to influence employees and maintain a culture in line with the organisations vision and values.
- Lead, develop and drive initiatives to manage and promote employee engagement, learning and development and workplace health and safety.
- Provide advice on all Employee Relations matters including performance management, grievances, and employment legislation.

**About You**
You will be a high-performing, excellence-driven Human Resources practitioner who brings previous experience operating under high levels of autonomy and ambiguity. You will thrive providing partnership to leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and be confident in your ability to work both operationally and strategically to influence exceptional outcomes in the People remit. Your strong commercial business acumen will shine, as you display your ability to think holistically and consider the wider organisation in terms of financial position, strategic plans, company culture and market influences. You will enjoy operating in a fast pace and dynamic environment and leading key projects. By building trust and creating meaningful relationships, you will effortlessly influence stakeholders from front-line through to senior leaders. You will also have:

- Extensive professional Human Resources experience, with relevant qualifications.
- Solid technical understanding of all aspects of Human Resources, including Learning and Development, Remuneration, Workplace Health and Safety, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning and Leading Change.
- Proven understanding and implementation of Employment Law and Industrial Relations Legislation.
- Strong ability to record, analyse and interpret data to provide meaningful and effective Human Resources recommendations.
