About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Consultant. As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our national client group on a range of HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective HR advice to national teams on employee queries and general enquiries.
  • Partner with Graduate Coordinator to support National Graduate Recruitment Program.
  • Support the talent acquisition team as required.
  • Undertake national project work.
  • Support the graduate recruitment advisor based in Brisbane.
  • Assist with drafting, updating policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the annual remuneration review and other cyclical HR duties.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in professional services/partnered environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key partners and staff.
  • Ability to service internal clients and produce high-quality outcomes.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
