Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint a Supervisor Compliance Inspections within the Western Sydney Region. This role is based out of our Blacktown office & is required to manage a team of 8 staff working on compliance inspections to ensure that the required numbers of inspections are carried out, within required timeframes and to an appropriate standard.

**About You**
The successful applicant will be confident in issues resolution management and can build and maintain positive relationships with their team as well as key stakeholders and contractors. You will have the ability to respond to, address and check compliance issues in relation to the contract in a prompt manner. You will have the ability to work under pressure, deliver against KPI’s & complete monthly reporting tasks using MS Excel & Ariba with a willingness to learn and take on acting opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity reporting to the Regional Manager Compliance who offers 24/7 phone assistance. You will be leading an established team well known for their collaborative nature and culture inside and outside of work. We also offer career progression and advancement opportunities.

**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or sound construction building maintenance and/or building construction experience/exposure
- Some field work via site meetings to provide determinations as required (estimated 10% of time), including travel on occasions to undertake audits and conduct training and quality control with reporting staff
- Current Driver’s Licence.
