**About the role**

As the Program Support Officer, you are integral to the success of V/Line’s People & Integrity Group. This opportunity will provide you with valuable insights into Victorian Rail and jumpstart your rail career.

You will oversee the daily operations of V/Line’s Learning Hub, handle bookings, manage the front desk and provide administrative support to V/Line's enterprise RTO

**_ Key Accountabilities include:_**
- **Day-to-day Operations**:Efficiently manage the daily operations of the Learning Hub, including maintaining bookings, actioning maintenance requests and setting up required training equipment
- **Customer-Focused Service**:Dedication to delivering outstanding service to all learners, facilitators, and visitors to the Learning Hub
- **Resource Management**:Identify and resolve maintenance issues to ensure the learning environment meets prescribed safety standards
- **RTO Administration**: Provide administrative support to the RTO, including assistance with reformatting documentation on Microsoft Word

- Demonstrated alignment to V/Line’s values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Familiarity with reception or administrative operations (desirable)
- Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)

Remuneration for this position will be in paid in line with the V/Line Rail Operations and Administrative Employees Agreement 2023.
