We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Support Officer to join our dynamic team on a full-time fixed-term basis until November 2025.This role is pivotal in the administration and monitoring of ATF funding programs, as well as coordinating programs that drive community impact. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative assistance to our Government Relations, International Engagement, and Stakeholder Relations functions at Tennis Australia.

About the role
- In this role, you will:_
- Manage end-to-end grants administration for ATF programs
- Lead communication with funding recipients to ensure successful project delivery and reporting compliance
- Provide administrative and logístical support for various events and projects, in particular AO2025
- Oversee data collection for program outcome reporting
- Maintain stakeholder contact lists, databases, and assist with meeting arrangements
- Provide support for purchase orders, invoicing, budgeting, and procurement

About you
- To be successful in this role you will:_
- Proven experience in grant administration and/or event support within the sports or non-profit sectors (highly regarded)
- Proficient in Smarty Grants, Workday systems, and CRM/database management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create and maintain strong professional relationships
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
