**In this role, you'll**:
Partner with Project stakeholders to support the planning and delivery of various technology change activities across the business. This will include:

- Leading change impact assessments
- Managing stakeholder engagement sessions
- Collaborating with the business to co-design, develop and execute strategic change plans
- Preparing and developing training needs assessments and plans

This is a fixed term full time opportunity until 5 Dec 2025 with possible extensions and is flexible in location with access to various Transport offices and regular work from home supported.

**About you**
- Demonstrated change management experience in complex IT Projects.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to use a variety of technologies or tools to deliver the changes on time.
- Well organised with strong communication skills both written and verbal and one who enjoys engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to a range of tech and non tech audience.
- Ability to coordinate and lead various Change Analysts and Specialists in a shared resource environment.
