**Organisational Change Specialist (6 month temporary opportunity)**:

**In this role, you'll**:
Partner with Change Managers and stakeholders to support the planning and delivery of various technology change activities across the business. This will include:

- Completing change impact assessments
- Supporting stakeholder engagement sessions
- Collaborating with the business to co-design, develop and execute plans
- Preparing and developing training needs assessments and plans

This is a fixed term full time opportunity until 5 Dec 2025 with possible extensions and is flexible in location with access to various Transport offices and regular work from home supported.

**About you**
- Knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of change management.
- Experience working in a similar role with technology change management projects.
- Ability to work with various change leads and across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationship.
- Ability to assist with data collection, analysis and reporting (specifically with Excel) is a plus
