**THE COMPANY**

people2people are thrilled to work with an industry leading signage organisation seeking an Client Services Coordinator. Having built strong relationships with businesses providing innovative sign solutions, this company values quality and trust with all their clients. **THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with your clients and assisting with order requests, arranging designs and providing quality service. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Assist with placing orders, tracking orders, and arranging designs;
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver on client requests;
- Develop strong relationships with a small portfolio of clients;
- Ad hoc administration.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be considered for this role you will have proven experience in administration or customer service. In addition to this you will have:

- Strong written and verbal communication;
- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail;
- Excellent can-do attitude, and;
- Your own vehicle and drivers license for ad hoc client visits.
