THE ROLE


Reproting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with your clients and assisting with order requests, arranging designs and providing quality service.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop strong relationships with a small portfolio of clients;
  • Assist with placing orders, tracking orders, and arranging designs;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver on client requests;
  • Ad hoc administration.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience in administration or customer service.

In addition to this you will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication;
  • Strong administration skills with high attention to detail;
  • Excellent cando attitude, and;
  • Your own vehicle and drivers license for ad hoc client visits.
