**Client Services Officer**

Eragon Support are looking for an energetic and professional person to fill a Maternity Leave position from Mid-March 2024 - January 2025. This position is for 3 days a week and is required to be in the office for the position

**This is a comprehensive and busy role which includes**
- Client onboarding which includes meeting with the customer and completing all paperwork
- Maintaining all client records and documentation on the CRM
- Liaise with customers and their stakeholder
- Work closely with customers and Key Stakeholders, which includes Guardian and Support Coordinators to ensure we are providing and maintaining supports to our customers.
- Build and Maintain rosters for customers.
- Complete internal and external reporting.
- Monitor service deliver for In Home Customers in compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework and any other regulatory frameworks.
- There maybe a component of some After Hours Work with the role.

**Required Qualifications**
- Relevant qualifications in disability or community services or three years’ experience in a similar role
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and positively, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse range of internal and external persons;
- Completed all NDIS works orientation modules
- Current Police Check
- Current WWCC
- 100 Points of ID
- Australian Drivers’ License

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
