**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies and procedures, including managing user access controls, monitoring for security threats, and implementing appropriate security measures.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users, conducting regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to transport management systems and identity and access management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Desirable Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams in a digital or customer-focused environment at a management level.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in developing customer and digital solutions.
- Strong background in data analysis, quality assurance testing, and software development.
- Track record of meeting budgets and timelines in a customer-centric environment.
- Ability to create and execute a customer-first strategy.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
