The Role

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and management of urban development projects, overseeing civil works specifications, engineering reports, and tenders. Key duties include:

  • Ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Building relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Adhering to safety standards in design processes
  • Cultivating long-term client partnerships
  • Mentoring junior engineers with your expertise
About Candidate
  • Minimum 8 years of design experience, with 5 years in Australia
  • Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering
  • CPEng / NER certifications (desirable)
  • Proficiency in DRAINS and MUSIC software
  • Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulic modeling, and flood risk management
  • Experience in civil infrastructure and urban development projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership abilities in drainage and stormwater management
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards & Council design guidelines
