JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies and procedures, including managing user access controls, monitoring for security threats, and implementing appropriate security measures.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and support to endusers, conducting regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to transport management systems and identity and access management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams in a digital or customerfocused environment at a management level.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in developing customer and digital solutions.
  • Strong background in data analysis, quality assurance testing, and software development.
  • Track record of meeting budgets and timelines in a customercentric environment.
  • Ability to create and execute a customerfirst strategy.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
