The Digital and Technology Services (DTS) branch contributes to the success of the ACMA by providing core ICT services that support the work of ACMA employees. This includes engaging with ACMA business areas to deliver specialised ICT systems and explore digital business opportunities that will enhance productivity and the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency’s work.
The Digital Workplace, Literacy and Knowledge Management Section is part of the DTS branch. The section manages the ACMA’s information and records; collaborative working environments; website and intranet; and delivers projects to improve digital literacy. The section promotes and facilitates the use of digital workplace environments across the ACMA including SharePoint, Teams and Content Manager. The objective of the section’s work is to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the ACMA’s digital workplace including the productivity of staff working remotely.
The role of Assistant Manager, Information Management is to lead the team responsible for meeting the evolving information management (IM) needs of the ACMA’s digital workplace, including identifying new opportunities to enhance organisational capabilities in this area.
