About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Canberra team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for inspiring the team to deliver an incredible dining experience for our customers every day.

  • Inspire and Coach: You'll inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and coach them to build and promote a culture of excellence and engagement.
  • Drive Fonda's Steps of Service: You'll consistently demonstrate and drive Fonda's Steps of Service to ensure every dish is up to perfection.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager: You'll assist the Restaurant Manager with rostering, timesheets, and maintenance tasks.
