**Assistant Manager
In the role of Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in steering the day-to-day operations of the store. Responsibilities include; overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience. Collaborating closely with the store manager, you will actively contribute to devising and executing sales strategies while leading a dynamic team to achieve performance targets.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Proven track record in retail leadership is an absolute must
- Strong leadership capabilities, coupled with the ability to motivate and nurture a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in driving sales and achieving targets.
