Join a dynamic team at a forefront company in international identity data solutions. Our client specialises in delivering privacy-compliant data sets for identity verification, sourced from global digital publishers. With an extensive database spanning 25+ countries and over 1.5 billion records, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining existing client relationships.

This is a brand new role due to continued success and increasing client base. As a Media Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting existing client relationships, particularly with large international accounts.

**The Role**:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction levels and addressing client queries efficiently.
- Service Delivery and Quality Assurance: Oversee service delivery to meet quality standards and performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement strategies.
- Supporting New Business Sales: Manage the Data Evaluation phase of sales, coordinating communication between clients and technical teams for successful evaluation and proposal phases.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Contribute to strategic planning initiatives to enhance client services and support business growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor client service metrics, analyse feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, account management, or related roles within AdTech or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technology, CRM software, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and alignment with company values.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours, due to international clients.
