**Job description**:
On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for **APS4 Budget Management Support Planners** to join the reform and transition team. The positions will provide operational and administrative support within the service delivery area.

There are **multiple opportunities** available in Richmond and Geelong. These are 12-month assignments and will be paying $43.82 per hour plus super.

**Duties will include**:

- Analysing participants records using a range of policies, practice guidance and legislation to make funding decisions
- Work with participants and their representatives via phone to identify current circumstances and spending patterns
- Maintain high quality records and adhere to process guidelines and operating procedures
- Research and review decisions and manage moderately complex cases
- Administration tasks and data entry

**To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;**
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work to and meet key performance indicators
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide information and advice to a range of stakeholders
- Data analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Competency with IT systems
- Experience working in a Disability, Service Delivery or Government setting would be advantageous
