We take with us into DT Infrastructure a long history of delivering Transport Infrastructure Projects under a variety of contracting models. Services include the design and construction of light rail, heavy rail, signalling, track and station works, rail safety technology, bridges and roads.

We are currently seeking a talented **Commercial Manager** to join our NSW team, based in North Sydney which will be a **Full-time Permanent** basis. Due to current work in hand, coupled with upcoming opportunities we are now looking to further enhance our Commercial management expertise with the appointment of this new position.

**About the Role**:
The objective of this role will be responsibility for the efficient and effective management of all Commercial and Contractual matters coupled with the development and implementation of appropriate commercial strategies to ensure compliance with the DT Infrastructure standards.

**Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to,**
- Management of Head and Subcontracts ensuring full compliance
- Management of Risk and Opportunities
- Management of Cost, revenue and Corporate reporting
- Commercial & Contractual correspondence with the client
- Lead the management and resolution of any disputes

**About You**:

- Degree qualified with 10+ years’ experience
- Demonstratable and successful experience in a **Commercial role at Project or BU level**:

- Understanding of all aspects of project delivery, including contractual requirements
- Ability to read, understand and manage engineering contracts.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, well developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Technical aptitude, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quality focused - accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
