**About the opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion, Southern Cross University’s Future Students and Outreach portfolio is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Partner Account Administrator to join our dynamic Southern Cross Global team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing financial matters with education agents, partner universities, and vendors, ensuring smooth operations while contributing to the University’s global reputation as a top study destination. You'll be integral to our mission of growing international student numbers and expanding strategic partnerships.

**What you will do**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for agents, partners, and vendors, handling financial transactions like commissions, invoices, and payments.
- Manage financial operations, including purchase orders, invoice processing, and account reconciliation.
- Oversee university systems for agent financial management, ensuring smooth processes and accurate data.
- Prepare and communicate commission reports, ensuring timely and accurate payments to agents.
- Support contract management and financial processing for contractors and recruiters.
- Provide insights and data for annual reviews, focusing on cost of acquisition and bonus eligibility.

**About you**:
We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for relationship building.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- A qualification in finance, business, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience working with diverse cultures.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or account management roles.
- Strong computing skills and familiarity with CRM, agent, and student management systems.
- The ability to work with data to produce reports and insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with people from varied cultural backgrounds.
- A demonstrated commitment to cultural diversity and knowledge of equity and WHS principles.

Bonus points for experience in university operations, international education, or proficiency in a second language

**Salary and benefits**

Our staff benefit from flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work models, generous parental and carer’s leave provisions, wellbeing initiatives, employee assistance programs and professional learning opportunities. This position is:

- Full-time, continuing
- Located at either Lismore, NSW 2480 or Gold Coast, QLD 4225
- HEW Level 5. The base salary ranges from $80,737 - $89,717 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $104,968.89.
