**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a **Technical Sales Representative** to join our growing team in Dandenong South. With the recent acquisition of another business in the same industry adding an additional 2000m2 of factory, plant & equipment, this role presents an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to the continued success and expansion of our business. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Acquisition and Retention**: Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
- **Technical Consultation and Product Support**: Provide expert guidance on our products and services to customers, helping them select the best solutions for their needs.
- **Sales Quotes and Proposals**: Prepare and deliver accurate, timely sales quotes and proposals.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with marketing, operations, and quality teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends to provide accurate and insightful recommendations.
- **Achieving KPIs & Objectives**: Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- **Brand Ambassador**: Represent the company with integrity, ensuring that our values are reflected in all customer interactions.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- **Self-Motivated & Independent**: Ability to work autonomously and proactively drive sales initiatives.
- **Team Collaboration**: Effective team player who can collaborate with various internal departments to achieve business goals.
- **Organisation & Time Management**: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Acumen**: Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and processes, ensuring continuous professional development.
- **Software Proficiency**: Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with CRM tools and ERP software is preferred, but not essential.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in sales, ideally technical-oriented roles in industrial products or manufacturing sectors, is desirable but not essential.
