Founded in 2003, Rapid Media has put in the leg work to build a gorgeous reputation on a national scale with offices spanning across QLD, NSW + Melbourne and we’re BIG fans of the work they’ve been doing.
This crew sit right across the media, digital and creative patch with a diverse client portfolio of brands that span across retail, FMCG and e-commerce to not-for-profit, travel and education so you’ll have loads of variety and exposure to some pretty cool strategic work + great minds surrounding you on the daily.

This team is filled with clever cookies who bring an array of diverse experience from big player ‘in-house’ brands to agency backgrounds. They’re big on transparency and creating bespoke strategies for the brands that sit under their management. They’ve got a long standing team and they pride themselves on putting their people and their clients at the forefront of everything they do.

They’re well-loved, continuously growing, and that’s the very reason we’re searching for a trusty and talented Paid Search leader to play an important role in steering the ship for them at a Paid Media level.
**Now, let’s chat about this gorgeous gig and where you come in**
You’ll be an experienced Paid Search Manager, taking the reins on ‘All Things’ Paid Search for the agency, responsible for delivering growth and high performing paid search strategies for Rapid Media’s most cherished brands.
Reporting into the Head of Digital, you’ll play a starring role across Search, sinking your teeth into a variety of Paid Search strategies + leading a handful of brands and your team to success
You’ll be at the helm of overseeing the strategy, development and delivery across ‘All Things’ Paid Search and you’ll work closely with the broader team to drive integrated campaigns for the agencies most cherished clients.
We’re looking for an experienced performance legend who equally loves the strategy and who’s not afraid to pull up their sleeves and get ‘on the tools’ with the specialists surrounding you + who will shine their insight and brilliance on the team to drive incredible paid media outcomes.
**Here are the muscles you’ll be flexing in this role**:
- You’ll utilise your solid experience in the Paid Search patch to drive success for the agency + Rapid Media’s clients, delivering ultimate success at a strategy and campaign level and you’ll be laser focused on driving BIG outcomes in this space for the agency;
- Whilst you understand the full paid media suite, Paid Search is your jam and you’re equipped to lead strategic conversations in this space + you’re comfortable owning Search across ‘All Things’ [Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max etc.] + you get your kicks from driving search specialists to succeed in these areas;
- Whilst you love the strategy side of your role, you’ve got demonstrated experience pulling up your sleeves and getting ‘on the tools’ across Paid Search for the agencies more strategic and complex brands;
- High levels of EQ. You’re an excellent listener, and you bring the ability to transform complex or detailed data into clear and powerful communications;
- An entrepreneurial spirit. You’re naturally curious and unafraid to ask the right questions, and you’re focused on achieving results;
- Whilst you’re a Paid Search superstar, you’re someone that appreciates and understands the broader digital mix and marketing technology, with a goal of driving hyper targeted, successful + integrated marketing campaigns with the broader team that ultimately drive success for clients;
- Strong client relationship management at a strategic level - you’ve got the ability to function as a trusted digital advisor, thinking beyond the brief to deliver solutions that help the client consistently grow with the support of your team; And
- A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to link arms with a gorgeous team who all really care about driving some ripper results for the brands they’re working with.
