About the Role

">

We are looking for a SEM superstar who is ready to lead our largest retail account. Managing a team of experts you'll develop strategy, work collaboratively with agency teams and clients to deliver world-class performance.

Your Responsibilities:

">Be the senior lead across a variety of accounts, leading a team of high-performing digital specialistsEnsure clients receive a streamlined and coordinated digital strategy (and product) by working closely with the Business Management team.Lead your team, encouraging them to develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver the best possible outcomes.Cultivate strong relationships, know when to take the conversation 'up a level' and drill down into the detail of the work that is being delivered by your team.Apply a thinker mindset to unearth strategic opportunity when speaking to clients and prospects.">

About You

">

You'll need proven experience in a leadership role across digital activation, specifically paid search. Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team is also required.

What We Offer

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
