**POSITION TITLE**:Paid Ads Specialist
**REPORTS TO**: Head of Performance
Brindle Marketing is a boutique marketing agency passionate about marketing that delivers results. We’re rapidly expanding and looking for another performance marketing superstar to join our team.

You'll be proactive and an 'out of the box' creative thinker with a true passion for finding solutions for clients, driving their results and growing relationships.
- Has experience implementing and managing Google search, YouTube and paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) as part of a wider marketing mix.
- Strong English communication skills with a clear understanding of business negotiation.
- Has a minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Has spent between 6-7 figures in social ad spend (FB/Instagram/LinkedIn socials)
- Exceptional experience in Google Analytics and GA4
- An understanding of the 360 degree customer journey and where search and social fits in this mix from awareness through to consideration and conversion.
- Experience with CRM platforms will be highly considered.
- A bachelor's degree level in marketing, digital marketing, or a related discipline will also be highly considered.
**JOB DUTIES**
As Paid Ad Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and managing paid digital advertising (social and google search) as part of the wider marketing mix including campaign planning, research, build, management, optimisation, and insights.
- Optimising campaigns daily in-line with the overall marketing objectives for each client.
- Project research, planning and insights
- Reporting development and collation, providing campaign performance and industry data with insightful solutions to drive further results for each client.
- Coordination of work in progress, meetings, and events
- Working collaboratively with the team to create a fun, efficient and progressive working environment.
**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Demonstrated 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, specifically creating advertising solutions for social media and search marketing across both B2B and B2C brands
- Experience with cloud-based marketing and project management platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly developed interpersonal qualities and professional communication style.
- Proven time management skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
**EMPLOYMENT DETAILS**
- Full-time, onsite at Brindle HQ
- Salary 90 - 100k plus Super
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
