Legal & Compliance Manager

**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**
In this role, you will manage solution focused advice across a range of compliance and ethics risk areas impacting the company in Asia-Pacific. In addition, you will manage internal investigations and compliance training programs for Asia-Pacific as well as implementing global programs.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Providing support for the execution of the Global Compliance function's strategic plan in APAC
- Advise on corporate compliance matters including interpretation of CNH Industrial's code of conduct and company compliance policies and procedures in coordinator with the global compliance organization.
- Supporting and managing elements of the company's Ethics and Compliance program.
- Managing APAC Compliance and Ethics training programs, working with the Global Compliance Organization to create meaningful and engaging training content that fosters an ethical workplace.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of developments within legal and compliance risk areas in APAC region.
- Lead APAC Compliance and Ethics committee meetings.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- A Degree in Law with 10 years legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal counsel of a multinational group.
- Sound experience managing, coordinating and coaching a team.
- Capability to independently identify key items; flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Well organized; hands on approach with a strong business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
