**What do you do**
- Assisting with the management of VCAT administration files including liaising with clients with disability
- Diary and calendar management
- File maintenance
- Preparation of correspondence and legal documents including estate litigation matters
- Preparation of briefs to Counsel
- Billing and other administrative duties

**What do you need**
- Experience in VCAT Guardianship matters (particularly financial administration) and estate litigation would be highly regarded.
- You will have strong time management and organisational skills and a willingness to adapt to a varied workload.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a legal secretary/clerk/assistant.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
